1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Drilonix, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Drilonix Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use Drilonix.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use Drilonix.

If you are under 16, you may not register for or use the platform. By using Drilonix, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, password, login credentials, and devices used to access Drilonix.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Keep your account information reasonably accurate and updated.
• Not share your password or allow another person to misuse your account.
• Notify Drilonix if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account.

You may not impersonate another person, business, organization, or public figure, or create an account intended to mislead other users.

4. User content

Drilonix allows users to create, upload, publish, send, or store content. User content may include:

• Posts, captions, photos, and videos.
• Reels and comments.
• Messages and message attachments.
• Profile information and profile photos.
• Opportunities, services, listings, and collaborations.
• Journey entries and Portfolio content.
• DX Fit workouts, activity information, and fitness notes.
• Any other content submitted through Drilonix.

You keep ownership of the content you create. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and share it.

5. License to operate the service

When you upload or share content through Drilonix, you grant Drilonix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, format, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the platform.

This license allows Drilonix to display your content to other users according to your profile settings and the features you choose to use.

The license ends when your content is permanently deleted from Drilonix systems, except where temporary copies remain in backups, logs, security records, moderation systems, or where retention is legally required.

6. Public and private profiles

Content shared through a public profile may be visible to other users. If you use a private profile, certain content may be limited to approved followers.

Some account information may remain visible even when a profile is private, including information required to identify the account, operate follow requests, display counts, or provide safety and reporting features.

Drilonix cannot guarantee that other users will not copy, save, record, screenshot, or redistribute content they are able to view. Do not share content that you do not want others to access.

7. Messages and communications

Drilonix may allow users to send private messages and attachments. You may not use messages to threaten, harass, deceive, exploit, spam, or harm another person.

Blocking another user may prevent new communication, but existing message history may remain available unless it is deleted under Drilonix account or data-retention procedures.

Drilonix may review messages or related records when reasonably necessary to investigate reports, enforce these Terms, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or protect users.

8. Opportunities and listings

Drilonix may allow users to post jobs, freelance work, services, collaborations, partnerships, casting calls, tryouts, items for sale, or other opportunities.

Drilonix provides the platform where users can share and discover these opportunities, but Drilonix is not the employer, seller, buyer, recruiter, agent, contractor, or party to agreements made between users.

You are responsible for:

• Checking whether an opportunity or listing is legitimate.
• Verifying another user's identity, qualifications, licenses, and claims.
• Reviewing payment terms, contracts, working conditions, and other details before agreeing to anything.
• Following applicable employment, tax, consumer-protection, licensing, and marketplace laws.
• Taking reasonable safety precautions before meeting another user or exchanging money, goods, or services.

Drilonix does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, availability, quality, legality, payment, or outcome of any opportunity, listing, service, transaction, or user relationship.

9. DX Fit and fitness information

DX Fit may allow users to create, save, track, or generate workouts and fitness plans.

Fitness content provided through Drilonix is for general informational and educational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Exercise involves risk of injury. You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise or workout is appropriate for you, using proper form and equipment, and stopping if you experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or other concerning symptoms.

Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning a new exercise program if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns about your ability to exercise safely.

10. AI Trainer

Drilonix may provide an AI Trainer that generates workout plans based on information submitted by the user.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or contain errors. You should review generated plans carefully and use your own judgment before following them.

AI Trainer results are not medical advice and do not create a professional relationship between you and Drilonix, an artificial intelligence provider, a trainer, or a healthcare professional.

You are responsible for the information you submit and for how you use generated content.

11. Prohibited content and behavior

You may not post, upload, send, share, promote, request, or engage in content or behavior that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or intended to scam another person.
• Harasses, threatens, intimidates, abuses, stalks, or targets another person.
• Promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
• Is sexually explicit, exploitative, non-consensual, or involves minors in an inappropriate or harmful manner.
• Promotes self-harm, dangerous conduct, illegal activity, or violence.
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
• Reveals another person's private or confidential information without permission.
• Contains spam, malware, viruses, phishing attempts, automated abuse, or harmful code.
• Manipulates views, likes, follows, comments, messages, or other engagement through unauthorized automation.
• Attempts to access accounts, systems, databases, or features without authorization.
• Interferes with the security, stability, performance, or operation of Drilonix.
• Uses Drilonix to sell, distribute, promote, or arrange illegal, dangerous, prohibited, or regulated goods or services.

12. Community safety

You must treat other users with respect and use Drilonix in a lawful and responsible manner.

When communicating with or meeting another user, you are responsible for taking reasonable safety precautions. Drilonix does not conduct comprehensive background checks on users and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct, or safety of any person.

13. Intellectual property

The Drilonix name, DX branding, logos, software, design, interface, original graphics, platform features, and other materials created by Drilonix are owned by or licensed to Drilonix and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Drilonix software or branding without written permission, except where applicable law does not allow such restrictions.

14. Copyright complaints

You may not upload or share content unless you own it or have permission to use it.

Drilonix may remove content that appears to infringe another person's intellectual-property rights. Repeated infringement may result in account restrictions or permanent termination.

A copyright or intellectual-property complaint should include enough information to identify the protected work, the disputed content, the complainant, and the basis of the complaint.

15. Reporting, moderation, and enforcement

Users may report accounts, posts, reels, comments, opportunities, messages, or other content.

Drilonix may investigate reports and may take action including:

• Removing content.
• Limiting content visibility.
• Restricting features or account access.
• Issuing warnings.
• Suspending accounts.
• Permanently banning or deleting accounts.
• Preserving information needed for safety or legal purposes.
• Reporting unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.

Drilonix may take action without advance notice when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or third parties.

Drilonix is not required to monitor every piece of content and does not guarantee that all prohibited content will be discovered or removed immediately.

16. Blocking and user controls

Drilonix may provide tools that allow users to block accounts, manage privacy, control feeds, remove content, or limit interactions.

These tools are intended to improve user control but cannot guarantee that another person will never view, copy, share, or otherwise access content outside the platform.

17. Third-party services and links

Drilonix may depend on third-party services for hosting, authentication, storage, media delivery, artificial intelligence, technical infrastructure, and other operations.

Drilonix may also contain links to external websites, services, opportunities, or resources operated by third parties.

Drilonix does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, accuracy, policies, or conduct of third-party services.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

18. Service changes and availability

Drilonix may add, change, suspend, restrict, or remove features at any time.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, provider outages, updates, or circumstances outside Drilonix's control.

Drilonix does not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

19. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account through the available account settings.

After a deletion request, your account may enter a 30-day deletion period. During that period, you may be able to restore the account by signing in and completing the restoration process.

After the 30-day period, Drilonix may permanently delete or anonymize account data and content, except information that must be retained for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, moderation, dispute resolution, or safety.

20. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Drilonix at any time.

Drilonix may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Create legal, security, or safety risks.
• Abuse users, systems, or platform features.
• Engage in fraud, spam, or unauthorized activity.
• Repeatedly infringe another person's rights.
• Use Drilonix in a way that may harm the platform or others.

Some provisions of these Terms may continue to apply after account termination, including provisions concerning ownership, licenses, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and legal compliance.

21. No warranties

Drilonix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Drilonix does not guarantee that the platform, user content, opportunities, messages, AI-generated content, fitness information, third-party services, or other features will be accurate, complete, safe, suitable, reliable, uninterrupted, or free from errors.

You use Drilonix and interact with other users at your own risk.

22. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drilonix and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use Drilonix.
• User-generated content.
• Interactions, agreements, or disputes between users.
• Opportunities, listings, employment, services, or transactions.
• Loss of content, data, reputation, profits, or opportunities.
• Unauthorized account access or security incidents.
• Fitness activity or reliance on AI-generated information.
• Third-party websites, providers, or services.
• Platform interruptions, errors, or feature changes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

23. Your responsibility for claims

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, your conduct, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

24. Disputes between users

Drilonix is not responsible for resolving private disputes between users, including disputes involving payments, employment, collaborations, purchases, services, messages, or personal relationships.

Drilonix may take moderation or safety action when appropriate, but doing so does not make Drilonix a party to the underlying dispute.

25. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be waived in your location.

26. Changes to these Terms

Drilonix may update these Terms as the platform changes, new features are added, or legal and operational requirements develop.

The updated date shown at the top of this page indicates when the latest version became effective.

Continued use of Drilonix after updated Terms become effective means that the revised Terms apply to your continued use of the service.

27. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

28. Entire agreement

These Terms and the Drilonix Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and Drilonix regarding your use of the platform and replace prior understandings concerning the same subject.
